Anthropogenic materials in bird nests

We are studying the nest composition of White Stork (Poland and Spain) and Red-backed Shrike (Poland) with the focus on anthropogenic nest materials. Studies concern influence of anthropogenic materials on the development of nestlings and parasite/microbiological load as well the drivers, the impact of age and sex on this behaviour.
